Outline of the Presentation: 1. Background 2. Objectives of the National Work Plan 3. Activities and expected outputs toward the achievement of the project objectives

I.Background The overall development objective of the programme is “to generate, in selected developing countries, a broad understanding and develop institutional capability and human capacity to fully participate as equal partners with developed countries in the formulation and implementation of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM)”.

II.
