Managing demand Eligibility and Entitlement  Effective November Eligible South Australians who hold a SACE or post-school qualification Eligible South Australians who do not hold a SACE or post-school qualification OR are actively looking for work and registered with Centrelink for certain allowances 2 Courses selected from the Certificate III and above level 2 Courses selected from the Certificate I and II level Access to bridging units2 Courses selected from the Certificate III and above level Unlimited access to priority coursesAccess to bridging units Access to skills set (annually) for those with Certificate III and above Unlimited access to priority courses Access to foundation skill courses for those who need them regardless of employment status
