Limitations and Exceptions No apparent conditions were encountered that would limit URS’s ability to complete the scope of work.

Location and Legal Description The subject property is located along the southside of East 14 th Street.

Subject Property and Vicinity Characteristics The subject property was vacant at the time of the site reconnaissance.

Physical Settings Topographic coverage of the area is provided by the USGS.

Descriptions of Structures, Roads, and Other Improvements Parcel A- Paving resembling a foundation was noted on the north central portion.

Current Adjoining Property Uses North-Parcel A is bordered to the north by East 14 th Street.

Title Records URS was not provided with title insurance reports for the subject property.

Environmental Liens Use Limitations URS ordered environment liens reports for all of the subject property PINs as listed in Section 2.1.

Specialized Knowledge No specialized knowledge, beyond what is discussed throughout this report, was conveyed to URS during the preparation of this report.
