Living A Life Of Purpose On Purpose T.E.A.M. Thompson Equity & Asset Management

Managing Your Most Precious Asset With the resent untimely deaths of people I have known and friends and families within our community I have come to the conclusion that time is our most precious asset. We can invest it, spend it or waste it How much effort are we using to insure we using it effectively?

What's The Plan? If you don't have a plan for your time & money someone else will!

Put First Things First Make a list of everything you would like to get done or do this week, don't forget anything that is important to you or your job. Define how much time each item should require. Prioritize. Most important to least important Schedule required time on your calendar. Hint look at what you spent time on last week to help you establish list and priorities

Is Our Schedule In Line With Our Life Goals & Purpose? God Family Work Goals Friends Health Learning Teaching & Sharing Community Legacy

Establish What % Of You Time Should Be Spent In Each Category Is your current schedule in balance with your goals? Typically 80 % of you time is wasted on things not inline with your life purpose. Is your schedule in balance with your family and teammates? What things are you spending time on that could or should be done by someone else in your team? What things are wasting your time that are not inline with your real purpose?

What Is Our Legacy What are we passing on? What good is it to educate ourselves, grow in knowledge, build a building if it dies with us? What good is it to have great ideas that we don't implement and share with others? What good is it to have team members spending time on things not inline with our goals? Should we spend more time designing a system to train the people that will carry the torch after we are no longer here?
