Discussion - Future Outlook Environment The Funding environment will remain challenging  OECD-DAC donor group likely to reduce ODA due to continued economic crisis  Asia-Pacific success story will continue and will mean ODA flows will be directed away from the region  More donors will move towards competitive calls  MICs: countries will move out of the grant and concessional loan programmes into government borrowing > IFI cooperation  ASEAN Economic Community 2015 may increase potential for South-South Cooperation > cost recovery?  Donor scrutiny: AMA, MOPAN assessments
