Main Point of LAB!!!! Compounds conduct or fail to conduct electricity based on one basic property What type of bond connects the atoms within the compound

Know the three main types of chemical bonds Know which compounds conduct and don’t conduct electricity Make a mental connection between bonding and electrical conductivity Learn that electricity involves the movement of electrons through a substance and that movement depends on the type of bonds within the substance.
