Purpose & Previous Studies In an effort to better understand possible recreation expansion opportunities and associated costs on City, Basin, and School District -owned property, the Landmark Design Team has been contracted to create and evaluate alternative concept designs, construction cost estimates, and operational cost estimates for key sites.
