Whale facts They breath air through their blowholes into their lungs. Whales are the only mammals that live their entire lives in the water. Whales have a four chambered heart. Whales are warm blooded.

Blue whale They grow to 94 feet tall. They eat 4 tons of tiny krill every day. Adult Blue whales have no preadators exept man. Blue whales feed through baleen.

Basilosaurus They are a primitive exitinct whale. They had a tiny head. They were about 82 feet long. They had a pointed snout with teeth.

Ambulecetus An extinct mammal the size of a sea lion. They weighed about 650 pounds. It had long powerful jaws with shark like teeth. They had a small brain.

Orca Is a toothed whale that is a efficent preadator. Their only enemy is human beings. Orcas live in close knite like pods. They belong to a family of dolphins.
