Network Engineering Interview What to expect???

Difficult personal questions Recruiters give you few personal questions, to test your listening and presentation skills, as well as to see what kind of personality you are.

Typical personal questions: Tell me something about yourself? What are your weaknesses? Can you please tell me a little bit about your education? Where do you see yourself in five years time?

Behavioural questions After that, they will give you couple of behavioural interview questions. These test your abilities and skills, as well as your behaviour in various work related situations.

To behavioral questions belong: How did you solve the conflict you had with one of your colleagues? How did you cope with stress in work? What would you do if you can not troubleshoot a network on your own?

Technical questions After personal and behavioral questions, they will test you with some technical tasks. This is the most important part of an interview, so be focused on it.

Examples of technical questions: How would you reduce the watts per bit to ensure the higher efficiency of a computer network? Describe the process and the steps you will take. What means the following address of subnet mask? (They will give you some address and you should interpret it.) …

Want to see the answers? Check for good answers to all these questions… Thank you for watching!
