From time immemorial the measurement of fluid flow has been a mark of civilization. Egyptians depended strongly on the indications of Nile meter for predicting fertility of their lands. Romans equipped their pipe systems through the city and measured flow rate by orifice Nowadays, a lot of handy and delicate flow measuring devices are available Introduction
