ACCIDENTS COST EVERYONE Accident costs are never seen by the employee, but are important to everyone, none the less. DIRECT COSTS=“OBVIOUS” INDIRECT COSTS=“MISSED” AND THE REAL BAD NEWS, THE INDIRECT COSTS ARE USUALLY 10 TIMES THE DIRECT COSTS.
