Coordinate the City’s housing policy Provide financing for and facilitate the development, rehabilitation, and purchase of affordable housing in San Francisco Strengthen the social, physical, and economic infrastructure of San Francisco's low-income neighborhoods and communities in need MAYOR’S OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 2

7 Currently there are 2,102 housing units in MOHCD’s portfolio set-aside for formerly homeless individuals or families. 599 additional units for homeless families are in MOHCD’s pipeline 20% of all housing units in family developments funded by MOHCD are reserved for homeless families referred by HSA’s Access Points
