Fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ; Study God’s Word

Reasons to Study God’s Word; 1.Enable us to grow spiritually

In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. Hebrews 5:12-14

You need milk, not solid food! Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. Hebrews 5:12-14

But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil. Hebrews 5:12-14

Reasons to Study God’s Word; 1.Enable us to grow spiritually 2.Guide and direct our life.

But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, 2 Timothy 3:14–17

and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 2 Timothy 3:14–17

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 2 Timothy 3:14–17

…so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:14–17

Reasons to Study God’s Word; 1.Enable us to grow spiritually 2.Guide and direct our life. 3.Help us win others to Christ

“But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,” 1 Peter 3:15

We must be doers of the word and not just hearers!

James 1:22 Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.

Fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ; Actively Serve Christ

"When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, He will sit on His throne in heavenly glory. Matthew 25:31

All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. Matthew 25:32

He will put the sheep on His right and the goats on His left. Matthew 25:33

Matthew 25:36 I needed clothes and you clothed Me, I was sick and you looked after Me, I was in prison and you came to visit Me.’

Matthew 25:37 "Then the righteous will answer Him, ’Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You something to drink?
