Turnover Rate Index 23.5% Business & Economics faculty haven’t checked out a book in the past year. 9.8% never have Turnover Rates (Check outs + in-house use) / Collection size Academic Year Harold B. Lee Library - overall: 29.5% - 3 out of every 10 books was used Business & Economics - overall: 10.7% - 1 out of every 10

Still… Some Business & Economics titles are among the most heavily used Over the past 8 years 14.8% of acquisitions triggered by holds queues were Business & Economic Titles 3 of the 12 most used e-journals at BYU are in Business & Economics 39.2% of our faculty have used e-books in the past month

LibGuides Which means Business & Economics accounts for 18% traffic for subject pages but 12% of students & faculty Or… Business & Economics usage divided by B&E population equals 4.6 hits per person Non-Business & Economics usage divided by non-B&E population equals 2.8 hits per person Or… The average B&E students or faculty is 61% more likely to use a subject guide Hits for September, October, November Total LibGuides Usage: 182,884 Subject-Specific: 143,443 Guides for Business & Economics: 25,783
