ANGLES There are different types of angles. Right angles. It’s exactly 90 degrees. You can make a square from it. Acute angle. It's smaller then a right angle. Less then 90 degrees. Obtuse angle. An obtuse angle is larger then a right angle. More then 90 degrees.

Polygons Polygons are shapes with…… Sides Vertices Angles All sides have to meet Info a circle is not a polygan.

Symmetry Symmetry is when …. You pretend to fold something, and nothing is left over. Each side is identical to the other. It can be any shape, picture and other.

Triangles A triangle has ….. Three sides, three angles. It could be different sizes. There are 3 different kinds of triangles. All triangles are polygons. Some have 1 line of symmetry. Right Triangle Equal triangle

Quadrilaterals Quadrilaterals are 4 sided figures. Some quadrilaterals are parallelograms. They could have….. Right angles, acute angles and obtuse angles. It has to have 4 vertices and they’re all polygons.

Squares A square is quadrilateral and a polygon. It has 4 right angles,4 equal sides and 4 vertices The opposites sides are parallel to each other. It has 4 lines of symmetry.

Rectangles A rectangle is a … Polygon and a Quadrilateral. It has…. 4 sides,4 angles,4 vertices. 2 line of symmetry.

Trapezoid A trapezoid is a… Polygon and a quadrilateral. It has …. 4 obtuse angles,1 line of symmetry. 4 vertices and 4 sides.

Rhombus A rhombus is a… Quadrilateral and a polygon. It has.. 4 sides,4 vertices, all sides are equal and opposite sides are parallel. There are 2 obtuse and 2 acute angles and it has 2 lines of symmetry.

Pentagons!!! A pentagon is a… 5 sided shape and a polygon. It has.. 1 acute angle,2 obtuse angles,1 right angle. 1 line of symmetry and all sides could be equal.

Hexagons A hexagon is a… Polygon and a 6 sided shape. It has.. 6 obtuse angles,6 vertices and 4 lines of symmetry. all sides are equal, and opposite sides are parallel to each other.

The End!!! In conclusion I’d like to tell you that there are a lot more shapes in geometry. I hope that you like the little slide I made. I also made a few extra pages to help I hope you like it.
