Your child, your schools, our future: building a 21st century schools system The WCPP is targeted at improving standards at Key Stage 2. Although the Borough Year 5 and 6 children are in Middle schools deemed secondary, our response has based on the targeting of the programme across all of Key Stage 2, regardless of the school’s designation.
