Central New York Leadership Development Program (CNYLDP) May 15, 2015

Introduction & Overview Joint initiative between OCM BOCES and Le Moyne College Focus on leadership development (effective teacher leaders) For teachers, teacher leaders and/or aspiring administrators Year 1 Courses - Sept 2015 – June 2016 Social Justice Curriculum Course Culturally Responsible Leadership Classes– 3 times per Phoenix CSD – 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. 1 time per OCM BOCES – 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. District Study Presentations

Graduate Credits 3 semesters (and courses) each school year Each course is worth 3 credits upon successful completion 9 graduate hours each school year Cost ( )

Application Process May 15th: Application available on OCM BOCES website June 5th: Applications due to respective Superintendent July 15th: District identifies associates August 1st: OCM BOCES sends out welcome letter/information
