2 Quality for Reuse Project Collaboration between researchers and the major LOR initiatives in Canada, USA, Europe, Australia and Japan Goal: provide tools, techniques, procedures, principles and strategies in implementing quality assurance practices for high quality LOR. Phase I: Document Best Practices of GLOBE Partners and set up website and wiki Phase II: Invite LOR owners to participate by filling out the Best Practice Questionnaire, analyze data and extract valuable strategies. Phase III: Elaborate an interactive workflow model and invite partcipants to validate its usefulness Phase IV: Test the Quality Assurance model
