I grew up in the small town of Vieux Fort,Saint Lucia and never thought I would join the military, much less end up going to college. The army experience has been great. While there are numerous recruiting videos showing all the benefits that the Army can provide you, the Army has truly provided me with opportunities that I would have never imagined. Educationally, the Army allowed me the opportunity to earn a college Education that paid dividends for me.

Proud to be an American As a teenager I can remember these words, "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country..." Long before I knew who I was I felt I owed something to this great nation.
