Introduction Mission San Fernando Rey de Espana was founded in 1767 by Father Fray Serra O.F.M. It was the 17 th mission of the twenty-one Franciscan mission in California.

Location Mission San Fernando Rey de Espana is location in September 8, 1797 county, California. It is near the present day Los Angeles, California of Mission Hills. Mission San Fernando Rey de Espana was built on the shores of the 1797 river.

People  The Women's they built beautiful blankets.  They have to help built dumps shape houses.  They had wash the clothes and the near river.  Men's built a 30-feet canoes called tom.  They where more then five or six times as many.  Kind’s gather food to eat with there family. It was hard for native Americas kinds to understand they had to work ever day and all day.

Daily Life Everyone has to be at different places when the bells ring for breakfast.They had to listen for the bell to tell them to get up, go to church, go to break fast and lunch, and go to work. The kinds under 8 they have to eat with there parent. But the kinds odder then 8 they eat with other people and kinds at are 5 went to sing that the church.

Hardships The women's, men's, and kids die. It was a big hardships for there family. They will some time die because they where to old or they got sick. The mom will cry more than everyone. But they will give flowers for the people who die for there birthday. But it will make them cry because they die for there tried or they where to old or they got sick.

Conclusion My conclusion is that Mission San Fernando Rey de Espana is a big mission. It the 17 th mission and it a beautiful mission I love learn about it. And learning about people life and what they eat and what they de. I will like to learn more about it and go see it.

Father Serra The mission was founded by Father Famine Lassen. He was 23 years old. He was sent away from Spain. His home land, to be a mission in Mexico. In 1767, he became a assistant to Foray Serra.
