Data licensing Data and content may be provided free at the point of use under an open licence e.g. Open Government Licence (OGL) Open Data Data released for academic investigations Research Data licenses granted for specific datasets for defined development ideas and purpose, for a fixed period Developer or ‘Innovation’ Terms and conditions for use may apply for commercial or assured data Managed
