PROCESS CONTINUED If there are no immediate disqualifiers on the online application then our office will contact the applicant inviting them to our next scheduled test date. Required testing: All TCSO Employees are required to take our Standard Reading comprehension and vocabulary test. Those that pass will move on to the Physical readiness test. The PRT is a 2000m row for time on a Concept 2 rower with a 50% target time based on their age/ weight and gender.
