Famine = the third leg of the Triangle of Misery in Africa –Approximately 200 million Africans suffer from chronic hunger

So why is nobody helping? The stability of the government directly impacts a country’s ability to produce enough food to prevent famine. –There are civil wars going on and government corruption –Food is used as a weapon (bribing/punishmen t for not voting)
