The Management Team CHRIS WESOLOWSKI  the CEO/PRESIDENT of AES, he provides a wealth of experience that includes 25 years of business experience with eight years of oilfield management experience. TRAVIS DYER  the General Manager of AES specializes in planning and supervising projects and turnarounds. He oversees estimating projects, QC/QA program and project management as well as working with our team for operational needs. CHRIS HICKEY  the Business Development Manager of AES brings a diverse experience level with over 19 years in the pipeline/facility construction industry.
