3. Guidelines Based on the EPUB 3 Accessibility Guidelines Collimated, newly structured and enriched for the purposes of the project Enrichment with tech example documents still to take place (like tech documents of WCAG) Semi-automatic checks possible
4. Expanding DZB tools XML-based workflow Data processed: mostly scan data and PDF Creating export scripts
5. Creating and testing EPUB3-book Textbooks currently used in school Textbooks are tested in cooperation with the Saxon vocational school for blind and partially sighted students Software used for usability tests: READIUM

9.2. Why a DZB cloud reader? Can´t buy an „off-the-shelf product“ that meets our accessibility requirements Streaming library e-content No DRM necessary – the client only gets single EPUB 3 pages not the EPUB 3 as a whole
