AAE 450 Spring Final: Inertia Matrix Math Model “Time is a great teacher, unfortunately it kills all its pupils.” – Louis Hector Berlioz  Specifically Designed for the “winning” Launch Vehicle configurations.  New components employed: –1 st Stage (Hybrid) Pressurant Tank, Oxidizer Tank, Solid Motor, Engine/Nozzle –2 nd Stage (Solid) Solid Motor, Engine/Nozzle, Avionics –3 rd Stage (Solid) Solid Motor, Engine/Nozzle, Payload  Incorporates final skirt design  Simple assumptions for dimensioning. AAE 450 Spring Assumptions Made “There are good days and there are bad days, and this is one of them.” – Lawrence Welk Future Work  Sizing final launch vehicle configuration with Propulsion  Collaboration with Dynamics & Controls for final design Inertia Matrices Courtesy: Purdue propulsion B. AAE 450 Spring Backup Slides – A Note from Brandon “There’s only one thing that can guarantee our failure. And that’s if we quit.” To my colleagues in AAE 450: It saddens me to say that I will not be with you much longer. CONSIDER THIS MY TWO WEEKS NOTICE. In two weeks I will be resigning my position in this design team and accepting a new position in a technical publications bureau. I want to say that this has been fun. You’ve all been great coworkers, making the design experience everything I wanted it to be and more. Best of luck. Brandon J. White
