Teaching Evaluation Gap  Read the article using “Four As” protocol questions: What assumptions does the author hold? What do you agree with in the text? What do you want to argue with in the text? What in the text do you want to aspire to?  In groups of three, share and discuss what you marked in the text.  Discuss what implications the ideas in the article have for your work to implement changes to teacher and principal evaluation.

Rubrics  Danielson and Marzano rubrics now organized by state criteria  5D rubric include additional criteria (5D+)  Rubrics based on research-based frameworks.  Additional criteria can be added based on district needs. wiki
