TEA update for TRC 2/12/8 HB 2234: Math Instructional Coaches Pilot Program  Districts or campuses are eligible to participate if they have exhibited characteristics that strongly correlate with high dropout rates during each of the three preceding school years (§39.358)  High percentage of economically disadvantaged  Low passing rates for TAKS math
