1/1/ Copyright © 2014 – Advanced Power Electronics & Electric Drives Lab (APEDL) Status Report Control cabinet and test motors arrived. Power supply, rail, and enclosure looks good. We have powered the HMI and connected it to the Computer over Ethernet.

Mechanical: Coupling The motor has a 1.125” shaft, which does not match any of the coupling. Can we get either a new coupling or a new motor that fits 0.750”, or 0.355”? 3

VisiWinNET Our License for VisiWinNET appears to be just a Demo as shown from the screenshot. 4

PLC Designer After using the license you gave us for PLC Designer we keep encountering this error on startup. 5

In Person Meeting Could a field engineer from Lenze come to Uconn to power up the cabinet for the first time? We think everything looks good, but this is expensive equipment, we prefer to ere on the side of caution! ViziWiNET: could we have a face to face tutorial either at Uconn or Lenze to mitigate learning curve? We feel we could make much more progress with a little guidance. We would be willing to drive up to Lenze if necessary. Friday Feb. 5 th or Friday Feb. 12 th are good days for Uconn team. 7
