What is a tsunami. A Tsunami is a huge wave that has a load of water gushing behind it.

How are tsunamis caused? Tsunamis can be caused by earthquakes. When there is an earthquake it allows energy to go through the sea which causes a tsunami. Effects! Tsunamis can kill people. They can harm nature. They can kill pets. Tsunamis can destroy building. They can cause floods. They can effect farmers stock.

How to prepare! Develop an escape plan. Pack a safety kit. Co oparate with your family. Pack bottles of water. Have warm blankets ready. Have tinned food and a can opener. Go to higher ground.
