Conflict Conflict = collision, disagreement discord = lack of agreement The sinner has a conflict with his knowledge and his actions.

Want to do good And avoid doing bad But often do just the opposite

“Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.” James 4:8a  Get close to God  Come near when we...  Study, worship, serve, live 2

Unless we draw close we will die “O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?” Rom. 7:24

“I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.” Rom. 7:25  Christ can deliver a soul from sin  He delivers us from the love of sin

All have sinned We are in conflict with sin Sin will destroy us God’s gift of eternal life is offered
