Biodiesel production process simplified

Feedstock is received and held in raw product storage tanks

Feedstock is pumped to processor.

Methanol and Catalyst enter the processor and react with the feedstock.

Triglyceride - Soybean oil - Chicken fat - Beef tallow MethanolCatalyst

A controlled reaction is created through heat and pressure.

Methyl Esters (Biodiesel) Glycerin

Methyl Esters (Biodiesel) Glycerin Biodiesel and glycerin are left after the reaction process.

Glycerin is removed from the process and stored in the glycerin tank for later removal.

After polishing, the finished biodiesel is pumped to product tank and awaits removal.

Finished biodiesel is removed and shipped to customer.
