 1998 – EC Data begun as Recman program, EI/ECSE Area 7 at University of Oregon, Eugene, OR  2002 – Began to serve as online data program for other EI/ECSE programs  2008 – Separate child outcomes data system called ecEval comes online  2010 – All EI/ECSE programs in Oregon come online, ecEval and EC Data merge as ecWeb History of ecWeb
