The Purpose of this Unit is to (1) solve and explore an example of a linear real world problem (2) describe how to distinguish between linear and non-linear functions (3) solve and explore an example of a non-linear real world problem (4) state the range and domain of nonlinear function

Remember, Glencoe describes the domain and range on Page 101 The domain of a relation is the set of x-coordinates. The range of a relation is the set of y-coordinates.
