1800 tequila has a bottle that supposedly pours a shot for you This is the ad that 1800 made advertising their shot top

The 1800 bottle and shot top is poorly designed It takes about 18 seconds to fill the shot top The top is tough to remove from the bottle Removing the top makes a mess You still need a shot glass to pour the shot into

The bottle could be improved to be more functional The top should be circular—this will allow the shot to be taken right from the top The bottle would go inside of the top—this would give the top more stability The top would have a one-way valve—faster pouring The top of the shot top would screw off so you can drink from it

Pros and cons of new design Pros: The shot will be poured faster The bottle and top will provide a completely integrated drinking experience The new shot top will not be as messy as previous model Cons: Will cost more due to the increase of products and pieces to put together
