Utopian a real or imagined society considered to be perfect or ideal. E.g., citizens of a utopia may be truly equal, free from war and conflict, without sickness, everyone able to seek and attain pleasure, etc.

Dystopian an imaginary society that is imperfect, often characterized by misery, squalor, oppression, disease, overcrowding, etc.
