4. In All Summer in a Day, the children live on Venus in a society that only sees the sun for an hour every seven years. This would be a dystopian society. A dystopia is an imaginary community or society that is undesirable or frightening. It is literally translated as "not-good place", the antonym of utopia which is a perfect society. Dystopian societies appear in many artistic works, particularly in stories set in a future. Hunger Games, Divergent, City of Ember, etc.
Make up your own utopian society. What would your perfect world look like?
Draw a map on the paper provided.
