Preamble All salary revisions to be made as per the budget, business plan Employees who are confirmed as on 30 th June shall be eligible for salary revision. Employees whose appraisal is not completed shall not be eligible for any salary revision All salary revisions will be in the form of –Increase in CTC –One time Performance Bonus –Correction in Salary All incentives to employees shall be paid as per the approved incentive plans for the year

Committee A Committee will be formed who will authorize all salary revisions and incentives to be paid to any employees. The committee will comprise of –Mr Charu Naik/SK Roy – COO/DCOO –Mr Milind Bapat - CFO –Mr S N Jadhav /Mr Eugene Valles – CPO/Head HR The Committee shall be chaired by Senior Director- Mr Anand Patil All / any salary revisions made or incentives paid to any employee during the year will need to be approved by the above mentioned committee Annual increments shall be presented to the CMD’s office for his noting and approval.

The Process Eligible list of employees to be issued to all divisions, which indicates the total no of people, covered under this exercise, the available budget, appraisal scores, disbursement methodology and disbursement criteria Increment proposals are then received by HR from the respective divisions / departments. Discussions are held with the Head of Departments on their proposals submitted. The proposals are scrutinized by HR Department in discussion with the respective Heads of the Department The final proposal to be presented to the committee for their approval Any salary revision or incentive proposed which is not part of the normal process will be sent to the committee by Head of HR The proposal for such payment should be made in the prescribed format that will be available with the HR Department
