Announcements The HL7 Ballot was submitted early!!!! THANKS to all who participated and helped us meet this milestone –Due Nov 25 th –Submitted Nov 21 We have one more piece of material to submit to HL7– the Examples –Due December 19 th –We will be using this work group to review the work of the Examples Sub Work Group If you want to participate in the Examples Sub Work Group please see the HeD Initiative Wiki Homepage: (see the meeting information for the “Examples Sub Work Group Meeting”)

Examples We will submit 6 Examples – 2 from each of our Use Case focus –Documentation –Rules (ECA) –Order Sets All examples are available for review on the Google code repository: decisions/source/browse/trunk/src/test/ decisions/source/browse/trunk/src/test/ The examples we will be submitting -as decided by the Examples Sub Work Group are: –Documentation UTI PHQ-9 (Meaningful Use example) –Rules The newMentor ECA Example– NQF 0068 (tied to Value Sets) –prescription of aspirin or another anti-thrombotic in adult patients with ischemic vascular disease. On the Horizon We will be moving to the Pilots phase of the HeD Initiative on UC 1 –If you want to be a Pilot please sign up: Pilots+Interest+Surveyhttp://wiki.siframework.org/Health+eDecisions+RI- Pilots+Interest+Survey –We will be reaching out to those who expressed interest in piloting Use Case 1 in the near future Use Case 2 –We will be working on timelines and deliverables as a support team on Use Case 2 Plan to do a soft launch of Use Case 2 the month of December with the bulk of the work to start at the beginning of 2013 Reconciliation of HL7 Ballot Comments –Commenting period opens next week and comments are due by Jan 7 th. We will need to reconcile these comments prior, during and after the HL7 meeting Jan in Phoenix, AZ
