Some historical perspective given by Darwin –ASN1 in annex D used to define MIB vars (.1 influence) –Unclear rules around what MIB vars are needed and why as amendments were created. Resulted in a mix of assumptions being used by diff TGs. –Read / write vs static/dynamic variables/capabilities (ex: rx STBC) –Make internal vars not = MIB vars? Split into diff category?
