You edit (and submit) one section at a time.

10. FY 2003 Review Process The Program Advisory Committee (PAC) has been replaced by the Computational Review Panel (CORP), which reports to DOE. The CORP: —reviews project accomplishments and potential for progress —provides computational ratings to the DOE Program Managers (computational approach, code optimization and scalability, communications and I/O)

11. NERSC User Group Meeting June 3, 2002 FY 2003 Award Process All production awards (DOE Base, SciDAC, Strategic) will by made by DOE Program Managers. Startup awards will be made by NERSC. Up to 7% of the MPP awards may be for non DOE funded projects.

12. NERSC User Group Meeting June 3, 2002 Multi-Year Awards On the FY 2003 Request Form you cannot request resources for years beyond FY 2003. Some DOE Program Managers may decide to grant multi-year awards. If they do, your award letter will indicate this. If you get an “out-year” award but would like more time than awarded you must re-apply and be reviewed again. If you are satisfied with the award amount, you need only fill out certain sections on the subsequent ERCAP form (e.g. Accomplishments).
