4 DDI Sticker UTCs will be given a DDI Sticker upon presenting proof of validated each DDI document. The DDI sticker to be stamped with branches stamp and signed by branch executive or above (please refer to the sample sticker as below). UTCs to paste the sticker on the DDI sticker Board located at a catchy area at the lobby near agent service counter. Top 3 new DDI producers (based on the DDI sticker board) will be given a chance to share with the agency force during agency meeting.

6 DDI SPIN DDI SPIN UTCs will be given a chance to spin the Wheel Of Fortune for the mystery gift upon presenting proof of the validated DDI document UTCs will spin the Wheel Of Fortune which will be labeled with number 1 to 9 individually. Once the wheel stop at the arrow at selected number, the UTC will then uncover identify the mystery gift that he/she have won by uncovering the number sticked on the DDI Draw board as shown below. The DDI Draw Board is also placed at a catchy area at lobby near agent service counter.

8 Final Awards Category: i) Top New DDI Cases category ii) Top New DDI Amount category For Top new DDI Cases category, UTCs with the highest number of new DDI account processed during the campaign period will be the winner. Should there be a tie, UTCs with the highest total accumulated deduction amount for the DDI accounts during the said period will be the winner.

9 For Top new DDI Amount category, UTCs with the highest accumulated deduction amount for the new DDI accounts during the campaign period will be the winner. Should there be a tie, UTC with the highest number of new DDI account processed during the period will be the winner. Prizes to be won are listed as per below table.
