4  Copyright  Copyright protects the rights of the owner of intellectual property.  Fair Use  Refers to guidelines that describe how and under what circumstances a teacher can use copyrighted materials in face-to-face instruction.  TEACH Act offers similar guidelines for distance learning.

5  Refers to a students right to privacy.  One of the most significant issues in the implementation of technology in classrooms.  ADA Compliance Privacy vs. Safety.
