3 1. Drug Nowadays, there many secret groupings devoted to spreading of drugs. There are many kinds of drugs & that's why many teenagers cannot resist the drugs' temptation. That's why last year, a European survey showed that the number of teenagers who had tried drugs was 6 per cent in Greece, 15 per cent in France and 30 per cent in Britain. Statistics show that drug use by British teenagers has doubled since 1989. Half teenagers who were interviewed admitted they had tried at least one type of drug. 70 per cent said they had been offered drugs in the past 3 months. The drugs that the government is most worried about are stimulant drugs such as Speed and Ecstasy (or 'E' as it is commonly known) and hallucinogenic drugs such as LSD. They are worried that many young people believe these drugs to be exciting and fashionable. They think that many of teenagers will be influenced by films such as Transporting and Pulp Fiction, which show attractive people taking drugs.

5 2. Problem with cash There are a lot of necessary items and luxury items for which they would like to spend money, including clothing, tapes and CD's and hoarding on motorcycles or cars, having a little money in order to regularly go to the disco, dance or theater, or doing more specialized interests, such as angling, watching the big birds or sailing. Many teens use their free time on the weekends, laboring in stores, working in the garages, delivering newspapers, working in the garden, doing decorations and design of premises and washing cars for people who live in the neighborhood.

6 That teens from Britain are doing with their money? Teens do not spend as much money as their parents assume - at least according to a recent survey by «Big money and minor expenses." The review included a survey of 300 adolescents aged 13-17 from all over Britain. By the time they become teenagers, most of the children notice that the weekly amount of pocket expenses increased to 5.14 pounds (287.84 rubles.). 2/3 of teenagers think they get enough money, but most believe that they need to do anything to get the money, that’s to work. Despite the fact that they have enough cash, worry about life in debt is increasing among teenagers. So most of the children are making great efforts to save for the future. Greater access to cash in adolescents does not mean that they become more irresponsible to the result of accumulation. It seems that the recession is pushing for caution with regard to saving money, even in cases with children at this age. Instead of wasting money on pocket candy or magazines, teens who participated in the survey, return to save the situation, maintaining most of their cash. The British magazine "Catch", in 1990 number 5.
