3 ENCYCLOPEDIAS ARE MULTI-VOLUME WORKS! If article is signed, you need the following information: »Name of author »Name of article »Name of encyclopedia »Year of publication And it looks like this: Hall, Haven. “Great Seafood Dishes.” Compton’s New Encyclopedia. 2009.

4 Where to begin for an unsigned encyclopedia article: If you have no author listed for your article: »“name of article”…see the quotation marks? »Year of publication »Name of encyclopedia…be sure to underline this And it looks like this: “Skydiving for Senior Citizens.” Compton’s New Encyclopedia. 2009.
