5. Reading Response … novel. Response #1 What novel are you reading? Why did you choose this particular novel? (Develop your reasons.) Be sure to provide information about the book in your answer. Write to describe what your first impression of the novel is so far. Include specific opinion with support, any likes/dislikes, any questions, any connections (to self, to other text, to world).

6. Reading Response … novel Response #2 Think about all that has happened so far in your novel. Please select one event / occurrence in your novel that reminds you of something else. Describe the event and connection in detail.
