We’re monitoring with DMS Real Estate Management. –Adds “water & wastewater efficiency” to scope. –Expands timeframe for Consolidated Financing Deferred-Payment program (from 5 to 20 years) –Should clarify intent of original legislation and should ease review process at DFS. Fleet Contracts & Fuel Issues: –House Committees are investigating usage of Alternative Fuel Vehicles. State Purchasing and DMS Fleet staff have spoken to the House Committee on Audit & Performance and we’re monitoring activities in the House Committee on Energy. –Sets standards for state fleet biodiesel usage - “subject to availability”.
