In particular: 1) Motivation course – interview, CV, etc. 2) Labour market – trends and news 3) Self-presentation – how to impress an employer 4) Basics of Labour law 5) Communicatoin skills Personal consultation with HR expert Re-qualifacation courses Motivation of employers by 6-months salary for a young employee

5. “Program for Youth: innovation transfer” (Youthplatform – Austria) 3 one-day courses: - Education for labour market– know yourself, - Education for labour market – CV and motivation letter, - Education for labour market – conflict management. Certificates for participants for the completing of each course. Personal consultations with HR coach to help participant to adapt to working process Interviews and testings according to Youthplatform guidances
