29 Level I Reviews Over seven years of reporting, the committee has completed a Level I review of 180 schools (or approximately 40% of the Division III membership). The Financial Aid Committee has assessed at least the financial aid report for more than one-third of the membership. Over the past four reporting cycles, an average of 15 schools per cycle have triggered a Level I review for the first time. 29

The Financial Aid Committee has assessed the policies and procedures for administering student financial aid of 140 Division III schools. Over the past four reporting cycles, an average of 11 schools per cycle have been referred to NCAA enforcement. 33

The Financial Aid Committee has assessed the policies and procedures for administering student financial aid of 140 Division III schools. 41 Sanctioned Schools To date, 60 schools, have been sanctioned for financial aid violations found through the Financial Aid Reporting Program. – 14 percent of the Division III membership. – One-third of the 180 schools to trigger a Level I Review. – 43 percent of the 140 schools reviewed at Level II. 41
