2 2 February 2012 Highlights Service Availability – December Market Operations IT systems met all SLA targets Market Data Transparency IT systems met all SLA targets Retail Market IT systems did not meet SLA targets Grid Operations IT Systems met all SLA targets January: –Retail processing outage (outbound only) on Jan 4 th (130 minutes) –Root Cause: Electronic Data Interchange service and support process error February: –Retail Release (Feb 23/24) may be postponed. More details will follow once this determination is finalized. 2013 SLA – Review Changes –Release Windows (start 5pm instead of Noon on 4 th Saturday) –Added requirement for Retail Market Call during extended retail outages –Added information for subscribing to Notice Lists
